To provide proactive and professional complaint handling support, governance and compliance work contributing to the Police and Crime Commissioner’s (PCC’s) effectiveness and transparency; and enabling them to fulfil their statutory responsibilities across a number of key compliance areas.

To support the Corporate Administration Officer in undertaking complaint casework including, but not limited to, PCC and Chief Constable complaints.

To administer the complaint review process in accordance with legislation and internal procedures, including the registering of eligible review applications, managing workflow, updating tracking systems, and liaising with complainants, the case review officer and Lincolnshire Police.
