An exciting opportunity has arisen for four Graduate Support Officers within Lincolnshire Police and the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner (OPCC). Two Graduate Support Officers will be selected to work in each organisation

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals who are able to evaluate data and conduct research; putting the results into high quality written and oral presentations. The role also includes the evaluation of change projects and the development of policy. You will work with senior officers and staff from both Lincolnshire Police and the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner (OPCC).

This graduate scheme provides the opportunity to work at a strategic level within high-profile public-sector organisations, developing your skills and experience, while making a valuable contribution to the delivery of services.

We are recruiting to four positions; two within the force’s Strategic Development Department, and two within OPCC. If you are successful at interview, you will be offered a place in either organisation for the duration of the graduate scheme.
