Community Alcohol Project

  • Last Updated: 31-01-2024 at 10:01

July saw a day out in the sunshine at Monk House Park, Spalding with PCSO Sylwia Davy from the Neighbourhood Policing Team, asking people about alcohol issues on behalf of the public.

The purpose of my day was to engage with people of all ages, asking them to take part in a survey on behalf of the Community Alcohol Project.

The Community Alcohol Project is a multi-agency group, operating across various locations in Lincolnshire. It is made up of local businesses, local councils and the police and aims to address issues with alcohol - in particular under age drinking.

The Road Hog Youth Project also had their double decker bus at the event to attract young people with free soft drinks and activities.

The day proved to be a great success, with lots of engagement and plenty of valued information fed back to the partnership.
