Unfortunately, we know abuse and violence towards customer service staff is a bigger problem than many people might think.
As a manager, you have a responsibility for the wellbeing of your staff. If they had been a victim of crime, would you know where they could get emotional and practical support should they need it? Would you be able to correctly signpost them to this support?
